What it means
Apple TV could not play the file directly, and the server could not create a compatible HLS stream. This can happen when ffmpeg is unavailable.
What to do
Check the server settings for an “ffmpeg not found” warning. If it appears on Mac or Windows, reinstall Neo Video Server; ffmpeg is included with the app. On Linux, install ffmpeg with your distribution's package manager and restart the server. If there is no warning, troubleshoot the file with the video playback guide.
