What it means
The video is using Neo Video's built-in compatibility player, which handles formats such as MKV and AVI but cannot send video through AirPlay.
What to do
AirPlay works with MP4 and MOV files, as well as videos played through Neo Video Server. To use AirPlay with an MKV or AVI file, add it to a server shared folder and play it from there. Videos whose video track is not H.264 or HEVC cannot be played over AirPlay, even through the server.
