Error message troubleshooting

Can't reach the Neo Video server process.

Where it appears

On the browser-based settings page (127.0.0.1:9799)

What it means

The Neo Video Server process is not running.

What to do

Restart it from the menu bar icon on Mac or the system tray on Windows. If there is no icon, launch Neo Video Server.
