What it means
The server cannot find ffmpeg or ffprobe. Without them, it cannot generate thumbnails or read video durations, and some formats, including MKV on Apple TV, may not play.
What to do
On Mac or Windows, reinstall Neo Video Server; ffmpeg and ffprobe are included with the app. On Linux, install ffmpeg with your distribution's package manager, then restart the server.
